I completed the 12 week Couch to Camera plan which was given to me as a gift at Christmas. For someone who had started and given up so many diets and hated the gym... wouldn’t dare go near the ‘dark corner’ in the gym, it took some persuasion and convincing but I started in January. The plan was tailored to me, nutritionally and my training plan was made so that it would fit in with my life. I faced some tough challenges along the way, but having my coach, Chris, right there for words of wisdom, it wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. This was invaluable to me and worth so much more than I could ever try and put into words. I have decided to continue on a similar plan with AllorNothing and I’m excited to see where it takes me!

I got on Bored with all or nothing nutrition in early 2016. My goal was for the first time ever to get my body fat into single figures and look lean. I have been going to the gym for a few years as it helps with my rugby so was reasonably well educated with weights training. Yet despite making attempts at this goal before I either looked to thin and drawn out meaning I had lost too much muscle or i found the eating to plain and too hard to stick to and gave up.
I like the fact that every Friday I weigh in and look forward to getting on those scales and checking the progress. Then I report in to Chris who feeds back on the results to tell me what needs tweaked.

Why Teamaon??

Well to me that was simple as I watched Chris transform himself from Gym goer to Gym freak and not only that I watched and learned as he was educating himself with all the ammunition he could to make sure his business would be his new life.  

Being part of Teamaon is a great experience and totally motivates the hell out of me as not only do I see myself achieving my goals but also others doing the same which to be fair you only have to check out his clients and see their transformations ( again inspiring ) which leads to them referring others which proves this ain’t no gimmick it’s real and Teamaon is expanding which is no surprise to me.

After having my baby I wanted to shred the dreaded weight gain, so Claire introduced me to Chris. I could see Claire’s results and that motivated me. I think I kind of expected that I would need to reduce my calorie intake which I was worried about, having just had a baby and needing as much energy as possible.I contacted Chris and straight of the bat he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Due to my hip issues Chris explained that it would be slow and steady instead of all guns blazing. He explained that I would be focusing on changing my lifestyle and food choices supported by exercise.
I was excited to see my first food diary, but still concerned I would be living off lettuce.  To my shock there was more food than I had ever eaten in one day….6 meals. I didn’t know how I would be able to eat it all…  It was great.  However I was confused at how eating more food would help me loose weight.
Within the first few weeks the weight began to come off. Chris has been super supportive throughout this journey. He explains why he is making changes in order to support the lifestyle change. I can honestly say I don’t think I would be in the shape I am now if it wasn’t for Chris plan and support. He has helped change my relationship with food and exercise and set me up to maintain this as part of my day to day life. I have not seen this as a diet but as complete education and lifestyle change.  Choosing healthy food is now a natural decision.“

“I have been an avid gym goer for easily 15 years, and in that time i would say I have achieved a nice beer belly. I started to think about the way I wanted to portray myself to my children, as someone that takes care and pride in themselves. I needed to make a change. This is where I got in touch with Chris Jones.
My main aim was to change my attitude towards food and to enjoy the gym again. Chris setup a eating and training plan and was always on hand for advise and support. Exactly what i needed and within a few short weeks i felt i had more energy I was working hard in the gym was already smashing personal bests with my weight training I was doing. I was starting to notice body changes around my mid section. I could see in the pictures I was becoming leaner and fitter, while eating more food than I would say I ever had. This has given me the tools required to go forward with my life, enjoying life but also working hard every day.

“After having 2 children I struggled to get back to my weight pre baby and really thought this is the way my body would be now. Towards the end of last year my husband told me about the work Chris Jones was doing and suggested we give it a go and see what happens.
In the space of few short weeks the results were visible and I had started to shift the stubborn weight. Guided and coached by Chris in less than 3 months I had reached the target weight and could see notable changes in my back and stomach areas.
Since then I have now entered a lean bulk phrase which has seen me adding more calories and strength in the gym and I am continuing to see visible results in my body. Something I never thought would never be possible for me a mum if 2 in my mid 30’s.
The last few months have been hard work but totally rewarding and I feel in such a happier place both physically and mentally as a result of being part of #teamaon and the coaching I have been given by Chris.
